Reviews and Ratings
My overall experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. While I found some positive aspects like decent amenities and a great restaurant, my stay was largely marred by the poor condition of the rooms and the excessive noise. The service was also lacking, which was disappointing given the price I paid.
The hotel has a stunning lobby with a beautiful aesthetic, and I enjoyed the inviting room atmosphere with a comfortable bed and a nice patio view. However, the toilet paper situation was a real letdown, and overall, cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast was decent, but the room furnishings definitely need an upgrade.
The DoubleTree offers a convenient location near Denver, making it easy to access I-70 and nearby shopping options. The hotel staff is exceptional, always professional and friendly, despite the ongoing renovations that leave the facilities looking outdated. However, the noise from the elevator was unbearable during my stay, really affecting my sleep. With room for improvement in comfort and amenities, it might not be the ideal choice right now until renovations are completed.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, with numerous issues from check-in to room conditions. While the location is decent and some staff were helpful, the overall experience fell short due to unresponsive management and a lack of attention to detail. The dining service left much to be desired as well, with overcooked food and rude staff interactions making the situation worse.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I appreciated the kindness of the staff, and the renovated room was quite nice, I faced several challenges during my stay. The lack of handicap accessibility and noise from nearby traffic really detracted from the overall experience. It's decent for a short visit, but it's lacking in some key areas.
